These Terms of Service govern your use of the UnicusDecor website and purchases or other transactions made with UnicusDecor. By accessing the website, submitting an order or quotation request, or purchasing products or services from UnicusDecor, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Products and product information

UnicusDecor offers furniture, decor, accessories, and related products and services. We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, materials, finishes, dimensions, photographs, pricing, and availability accurately.

Natural materials and handcrafted or manufactured products can exhibit reasonable variations in grain, veining, texture, color, pattern, finish, dimensions, or other characteristics. Screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing lots, and natural-material variation can also affect appearance. Such normal variations are not necessarily defects.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are subject to correction before an order is accepted when a genuine pricing, typographical, technical, or data error has occurred. Taxes, shipping, freight, white-glove delivery, assembly, installation, customs charges, or other services may be additional unless expressly included.

For products offered through Request a Quote, the website may not display a final purchase price. The applicable product price, delivery charge, product-specific estimated lead time, and other order terms will be communicated through the quotation or invoice process. No Request a Quote submission creates a completed sale by itself.

Orders and acceptance

Receipt of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. UnicusDecor may review an order for product availability, pricing accuracy, payment authorization, shipping feasibility, product configuration, suspected fraud, or other legitimate operational requirements before accepting or fulfilling it.

If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, UnicusDecor will communicate with the customer and provide any refund required by applicable law.

Payment

Payment must be made using a payment method accepted by UnicusDecor. For standard online orders, payment authorization may occur through Shopify or the applicable payment provider.

For quotation, made-to-order, special-order, or custom-freight transactions, payment may be collected through a separately issued invoice after the final commercial and delivery terms are confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Availability and inventory

Inventory information reflects records available to UnicusDecor but may occasionally change because of concurrent sales, supplier updates, physical inventory adjustments, damaged stock, or other circumstances. An inventory display does not override a confirmed notice from UnicusDecor that merchandise is unavailable.

If merchandise becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, UnicusDecor will contact the customer regarding available alternatives, delay, cancellation, or refund as appropriate.

Lead times

Product-specific lead times are estimates based on information available at the time of order or quote review and are confirmed through the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice, product information, or direct communication from UnicusDecor. Estimated lead times are not guarantees unless UnicusDecor expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

Made-to-order, special-order, and custom merchandise

Made-to-order, special-order, customized, personalized, and specifically procured merchandise may be produced or obtained specifically for the customer and is final sale. These products are not eligible for discretionary return or exchange.

The final-sale rule does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived and does not prevent UnicusDecor from addressing merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, materially nonconforming, or incorrectly supplied. Any product-specific conditions disclosed in the quotation, product page, order confirmation, or invoice form part of the transaction.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received before UnicusDecor begins processing the order. Once processing has begun, an order is not ordinarily cancellable unless UnicusDecor expressly approves the cancellation or applicable law requires otherwise. Customers should contact UnicusDecor immediately if they wish to request cancellation.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by the UnicusDecor Shipping & Delivery Policy and any product-specific or order-specific terms communicated before purchase. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and access information.

A requested delivery method, including freight or white-glove service, is a preference until UnicusDecor confirms service eligibility, availability, and pricing. Freight, white-glove, local-pickup, installation, assembly, and other specialized services are included only when specifically confirmed.

Returns and refunds

UnicusDecor does not offer automatic or unconditional returns. Returns, cancellations, refunds, approved-return freight responsibility, and related remedies are governed by the UnicusDecor Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Intellectual property

The UnicusDecor name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, logos, photographs owned by UnicusDecor, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, scrape, republish, or create derivative uses of protected website content without authorization except where permitted by law. Third-party product names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable website use

You may not use the website to engage in fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malicious code distribution, automated interference, unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, or conduct intended to disrupt or compromise the website, Shopify platform, payment systems, or other users.

Third-party services

The UnicusDecor website may rely on Shopify and other third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, communications, analytics, shipping, applications, or other functionality. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

UnicusDecor is not responsible for third-party services to the extent responsibility cannot reasonably be attributed to UnicusDecor, subject always to applicable consumer-protection law.

Warranties and product remedies

Any manufacturer warranty or product-specific warranty will apply according to its stated terms. Except for warranties expressly provided and rights that cannot legally be excluded, products and services are provided subject to applicable law and the terms communicated for the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, consumer protections, or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UnicusDecor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including rights and remedies that applicable consumer-protection law makes non-waivable.

Errors and corrections

UnicusDecor may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product data, technical errors, pricing errors, or website omissions when discovered. If a material correction affects an order already submitted, we will communicate with the customer before proceeding when required.

Changes to these Terms

UnicusDecor may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, services, technology, or legal obligations. The version applicable to a completed order is generally the version in effect when that transaction was accepted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
